After ensuring the item is in the correct size and color of your choice, select either a front or back print. This will determine where the print is located on your item. The other side will remain plain in the color you have chosen.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return or exchange process. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Shipping Label: Our customer service team will help you with the return shipping label. Print the label and attach it to your package.
- Ship the Package: Drop off the package at your nearest post office or schedule a pickup with the carrier.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
Once we receive your returned item, it typically takes 5-7 business days to process the return. During this time, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. After the inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been completed. Please note that it may take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
